Gameplay itself runs on your device, but ads (and store purchases) need a network connection. If ads fail to load, some rewarded offers may still grant the reward so you are not stuck.
Open the in-game store and purchase the remove-ads option if available. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Interstitial ads stop after a successful purchase; rewarded ads for optional rewards may still appear.
Progress is stored locally on your device. It is removed if you uninstall the app or clear the app’s data. There is no cloud backup in the current version.
Use the restore option in the store / settings (where provided), signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
Please email us with your device model, OS version, and a short description (screenshot if possible).
