Escape Bear (“the app”) is developed and published by Boring Guy 1982, an independent developer based in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles information.
To make the game usable, the app saves the following locally on your own device (for example via standard device storage / PlayerPrefs):
This save data is used only to run the game on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data removes it. We do not operate a cloud save account for this game.

We do not sell this information. Ad serving and measurement are handled by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policy:
You may purchase a remove-ads option (where offered). Removing ads stops interstitial ads; rewarded ads for optional rewards may still be available depending on the in-game offer.
In regions where required (including the EEA and UK), the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent before personalized ads where applicable.
On iOS 14.5+, the app may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking purposes. You can change tracking permission later in iOS Settings.
Optional in-app purchases (if any) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your full payment card details. There is no subscription required to play.
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It contains intense gameplay and advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of selling it. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us and we will help where we can (for example by guiding you to clear local app data).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. For advertising choices, use the in-app / OS privacy controls and Google’s ad settings. For locally stored game data, uninstall the app or clear the app’s data. For other requests, email us (section 10).
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
